Musk responded with \u201cWe look forward to a very public battle in court\u201d late on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Announcing preliminary findings from an investigation, the European Commission said the platform did not comply with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/world\/2023\/aug\/25\/how-the-eu-digital-services-act-affects-facebook-google-and-others\">Digital Services Act<\/a>.
